<p>A Regency period mahogany brass inlaid 8 day double fusee bracket clock by Garrall of Guildford, fully overhauled and working c.1825. The arched top figured mahogany case with with superb quality decorative brass inlays to the front and matching inlays to the pediment sat to the centre of the top. Brass scale sound frets with red silk behind to the sides and rope twist ring drop handles. Convex painted dial with Roman numerals and the original fine quality blued steel hands; bears the makers name Garrall, Guildford. The convex dial sat behind a matching convex glass, which is sat in a hinged cast brass bezel forming the door and glazed door to access the movement to the rear. Double fusee movement with anchor escapement and bell striking on the hour, the back plate with decorative engraved boarder, matching engraving to the pendulum bob. Superb quality and condition, the movement fully overhauled and working.
