Solid mahogany with swept arched top and swept sides, moulded plinth to the base. The front of the case strung with boxwood and inlaid with a circular floral design panel below the dial. Convex porcelain dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands set behind a matching convex glass set in a polished brass bezel. French 8 day movement with platform escapement.
