The polished brass case with mounting flange to the rear and cast bezel to the front. The glazed view window with central reading marker, porcelain dial with weather predictions sat over the aneroid movement. Sat on the original turned polished oak plinth with hanging mount to the top and bottom. Bears the makers name Cooke, Hull, noted clock, barometer and chronometer makers.
